3 ball stack balance, 5 clubs, 7 balls, 3 clubs, balancing, 120 minutes

Worked a lot on the 3 ball stack. Left hand is getting better. Also did several things while doing the stack including juggling, patting my head, sitting down, walking around, attempting a 1 leg squat. Later juggled at the college working on alberts 5 club backcrosses and 645 in double flat single, but didn't stay long as I still haven't recovered fully.

clubs, balls, rings, 180 minutes

worked on 3 club reverse backcrosses, reverse body throws, 4 club shower and spread variations with flats and 360s, 5club backcrosses(1 run of 90 catches), 5up 180s,halfshower 3 in one hand, 6 club fountain, 9555 into 75, async to sync, kickup from 5 to 6fountain, halfshower, 7clubs (1 run of 43 catches with clean finish) --> 7 clubs starts to get a shape

went through my basic ball practice for about 90 minutes (spent more than half of the time on 7)

also did some rings: 5 ring halfshower, pancakes, 6 ring 360s and some 7 ring tricks (966, (8x,6), 5up 360) not ready for a 7up though (maybe next week in regensburg)

3ball basics, 5 balls, 62 minutes

Juggle Time:1: 02:00

Went through all my basic tricks, and got dissapointed with my 5ball pattern. I'm having a hard time keeping the pattern stable in the air, and its a little bit hard to tell what i'm doing wrong. I think i just need to slow down, take a step back, and trust that if i keep on trying without a negative attitude, that I will, no madder what, learn how to do the pattern with ease. I got pretty angry, too be honest, but i'm not going to let that happen again.
