3 clubs, 60 minutes
First session since the BJC, bit frustrated by the lack of space after being spoilt last week, but I made use of the chilled & focused mindset that I have retained. Spent quite a bit of time running 3 backcrosses then 3 underarms still aiming for smoothness. Alberts & reverse back crosses both felt really good.
4 clubs, 20 minutes
Just wanted to do some more club juggling, but limited by ceiling height. Did long runs of 3 with a balance & 4 on singles. Tried scissors on singles as well but didn't get further than 2 pairs. Played with kicking up from 3 to 4 on singles, the timing is slightly different than kicking up into doubles which is what I usually do. Spent some time trying to throw flats but only got as far as a few rounds of flat single single. The nose of my right hand flat was rather droopy.

3 balls, 5 balls preperation, 5 balls, 60 minutes
Juggle Time:1: 00:00
So today i figured out how to do the shuffle, and worked on the 5ball cascade.
The 5ball cascade started off rough, then i tried a few new things that actually dramatically improved my pattern (so it seems). I practiced simply getting all 5 of the balls in air, letting the balls drop to my side. At the end of my session, i was able to get the 5ball cascade going for what seemed to be longer than usual or possibly my best. Feeling confident!
