Token, 50 minutes

Didn't sleep well last night, busy day today, not a time to push things physically. Backcrosses with 3b is getting much better, the catch points are becoming more consistent and I'm not moving elbows as much. Perhaps there's hope to do those blind, yet.

Threw 7 a little, it was average.

3 balls, 4 balls, 20 minutes

Practiced the 4 ball tennis trick, a few 3 ball tricks. And noticed that my N-box has improved alot, even though i haven't been working on it. I'm going to practice alot more tomorrow.
