Playing around at a friend's barbecue. Certainly not productive practice but lots of fun.
1 diabolo, 20 minutes
Certainly more popular with the kids than juggling, they wouldn't let me put the diabolo down!

Mucking, 90 minutes
Good getting back session. Played with a couple new movements/starts (particularly like overspinning on a bth 180 so I have to reach back to make the catch). Played with something a friend calls the #elbowmatrix, which might be a new creative endevour.
Body throws and numbers were feeling good.

3 balls, 4 balls, HackeySacking, 120 minutes
Worked on the 2in1, its getting easier and easier. also worked on the 530 and the 531. And I was able to do 4 cycles continuously. And I also learned how to hackey sack a bit, I worked on the forward kick and something a little bit similar.
HackeySacking, 30 minutes
spent the first five minutes or so working on my right leg, had success, then i moved on to my left leg and i admit that i was struggling a bit, but eventually I did better. Im working on the forward kick, perfectly straight up and down. Without reaching over (or diving) to catch a bad kick. (even though that is what i do ocassionally haha)
3ball basics, 3 balls, 3bLEVEL:8, 60 minutes
At the end of my session I worked on 2in1 technique for about 15 minutes. It didn't go so well at the beginning, but as i kept practicing I did..better. I feel like i wasn't trying hard enough.
