Was very tired to start but got into it by the end. Mainly 5 clubs. 753 and bxx felt ok.

General club practice. Overall progress with 3 club stuff, wind was getting in the way for 4. 5 clubs not amazing, but general improvement in consistency which is what I've been after.
Need to think about my 3 club 180s more. Throwing too far back- they should pretty much just go up. Also, 2nd throw always underspun and 3rd over. Was starting to fix that by the time I moved on.
4 club 180s- concentrated on my first right hand throw more this week. Big improvement. Definitely move on to 4 ups in synch next time, maybe in asynch too.
4 up synch 360s- have brought the height down, which is good. Just need to concentrate on consistent spin for the throws.
4 club multiplex worked much better also when I reduced the height. Lower and narrower.
Got very close to the 4 clubs to 3 clubs with balance transition. I can give myself more time by throwing the second club of the pair later since the first throw of 3 will be right handed.
4 singles with a balance needs to be narrower, especially on the right. Need to err on the side of hitting myself in the face as opposed to letting them get away from me.
744- need to try putting more spin on the 7. Too floaty today.
