Was very tired all day, so just did a bit of juggling in the garden. Working on 753 with 5 clubs. Definitely helps to throw the quad low and spinny.

3 clubs, 4 clubs, 5 clubs, 180 minutes
Club practice since the weather is still awesome. Mostly 4 and 5 club stuff.
Spent a lot of time on 4 club 360s. Got 2 4 up 360s in the same run, 4 up 180, 2 up into 534, 2 up in singles and very close to 4 up 180 asynch and 4 up 360 in singles synch.
Other than spins, worked on flats, transitioning into 3 clubs with a balance and 4 clubs with a balance.
5 clubs pretty good. Got over 100 catches on my second run, but not great technique so my arms were a bit tired for a while after that. Had a play with 744 and 3 up 360. Both feel very plausible but didn't land them. Singles went well again, and felt like I made some progress with triples. Still can't catch the sodding things though :(
Finished with 3 in one hand. Consistency on the left is definitely getting there- should try for some runs next time. Much more work on the flash in my right needed though- on the throws and the catches.

4 ring pancakes have improved, also got 4 rounds of the synch (pancake,normal)*. Once I get my head round the rhythm of the changing hand positions it should be easy.
3 rings with a balance felt really good too- would have got longer runs if I didn't have so many things to wander into... Should start really working on 4 soon.
