handstands, 10 minutes
Right wrist, right thigh & lower back were all in pain following a rigorous hockey session yesterday so naturally handstand practice was the obvious choice. Why do I do it to myself?

4 balls, 6 balls, 7 balls, 4 clubs, 45 minutes
Another 6/6 ball practice session and 4 club solidifying workout. Still struggling, but, seeing some improvement. Shoulders are still getting sore from the stress of these numbers only sessions. Holding out hope that I can qualify 7 balls, and get 100 catches of both 4 clubs and 6 balls before year end.
