Not great due to nursing back pain however managed to get a personal best of 16 catches with reverse back crosses because pain forced me to not twist my spine!

Worked on a new 1D combo, going pretty smooth, still need to figure out a correct exit
Got some sensations back with 3d high, i changed the height i throw the third to "ridiculously high" and it's working pretty well.
3d low, some good runs but i got bored ultra fast
