3 clubs, 40 minutes
I think I have been probably pushing too hard with alberts I'm now doing considerably shorter stints during each practice session, but seeing about the same progress & feeling a lot better (mostly less frustrated) for it. Previously I'd build up with 100 alberts throwing every third throw, then practice throwing pairs until I was happy, then three in a row, then 4 in a row, then 5 in a row (by which time I was never happy). Now I just do 20 singles, skip pairs (which I think was making me favour one side more), practice runs of 3, 4, 5... as before. Last night I got to practicing bursts of 5 in a decent state of mind. Managed a personal best of 23 catches of reverse back crosses.

Back still feels a bit weak, but getting back to normal I think.

3 clubs with a balance was looking shaky. Shoulder throws are beginning to go where I want them to go but still not comfortable yet.

Almost a PB with 5 club bxxs. Some clean runs of 7 clubs, but not long. Worked on some new 5 club siteswaps such as 6x4 variations. 5 club mills mess got a bit better when I did it higher. I worked on the dual balance with 3 club juggling and tried 5 balls. Also 3 ball stack with 3 footballs. Several 11 ball flashes and one run of around 18 throws.
