First week of #USCS. 2 students, 5 non students. Had a surprising amount of energy. My 7 clubs felt better and Fred gave feedback on my pattern. I need to cross my right hand more.

Minor body throws / reverse throws and catches. Behind the back with three (3 catches) and that thing where one puts the ball on the temples and tilts sideways (4 catches, new). Larger balls helped with latter. Inconsistent. Sigh. 3 ball crossed arms to make me feel better, I guess, LR (205 catches, tiring, old trick, counted to 50 x4). Lots of repeats (534444^5), LR (new). Feels cool when rhythm is right -- 5s feel like 7s and 3s feel like 2xs. Hard to count repetitions while enumerating 4, 4, 4, 4, hi, lo. Use metronome.
