Orinoco

3 clubs, 50 minutes

Apparently I can juggle & keep up with a Dungeons & Randomness podcast. Pretty scrappy though. Got through everything but with lots of last minute saves.

handstands, 20 minutes

Had a very poor start beginning with a spectacularly inconsistent start that may have had something to do with starting with a 2 minute plank. But got better as I recovered.

10 balls, 8 ball tricks, 30 minutes

Some fun stuff with 8 and 10 balls. Not sure if I'm progressing though.

1 club balance, 3 balls, 4 balls, 5 balls, 4 clubs, 4 rings, 5 rings, 6 balls, 7 balls, balance, 65 minutes

Good 6 ball progress. Some of the longest runs I have ever had. Some good 4 club runs, but, club angle is still crap. Fooled around with 3 clubs under a balance and some more attempts at 3 club backcrosses. Had some good 7 ball attempts, but, alas no qualifies this time. :-(

If I am ever going to get the juggle under a club balance I am really going to have to spend more time with it. I got so I could qualify at the beginning of last year, now I am lucky to get a flash. Need to truely devote 10-15 minutes a day on it!

juggling club, bounce juggling, foot balance, kickup, 90 minutes

Still recovering from minor operation, so I didn't have full use of my arms. So I brought bounce balls and one club for balancing only! I got a kickup into a foot balance that was pretty sweet....and some new 3-ball-bounce combinations. Some work on perfecting 5-ball lift bounce.

5 balls, 6 balls, 3 balls, 3 clubs, 5 clubs, 120 minutes

Been juggling more with balls lately. Figured out this 3 ball pattern where you always throw with one hand from behind your head back to the other hand which stays on the side (333). Learned it quite quick, thought it was harder - personal success of the day.

Training for the sake of learning "random" new tricks (which are not connected to performing or necessarily meant to be put on stage) made my juggling practice more fun again...
