3 clubs, 30 minutes
Pretty solid, although reverse back crosses were awful because I kept hitting my shoulders. 3 club kick up went from awful to pretty good back to awful.
Salerno ring, 30 minutes
Had a more concerted effort. I learnt to scoop the ball off the floor which was an efficient way to pick up & made practice more productive! Managed to get the start more consistent but the balance was still tricky, was tending to fall forwards & right. Need a wide deep stance to control the bounce. I tried a 3 club cascade while balancing but could only manage 3 catches.

One on one with Sarah. Would've got by first yoink to 4 but I went crashing over a chair.

Late night session. I tried throwing a ball through the ring mid balance. I managed the throw on the first attempt but was too surprised to keep the spin going.

Very windy, so I wasn't very motivated. Just about managed 100 catches of 5 clubs (good training for outdoor convention games).

3 clubs: (About 1½ hours)
Did my first 55500 (triples), from cascade and back to cascade. Twice starting from the right hand and twice starting from left hand. Managed a longer sequence I'm trying to learn (containing 55500)once (failed many times)... Tried doing backcrosses on every right hand throw or every left and throw, difficult. (I can usually do every third throw for a few rounds but every second was hard.)
4 clubs: (about 30 minutes)
Fountain, doubles, best attempt 14 catches (+1 after dropping number 15). Personal best from last week is 14 catches with clean finish.
Passing: (almost 1 hour)
Why Not, tried transition from 6-club Why Not to me doing 5-club Why Not and S doing 5-count popcorn. Never got as far as to trying to switch back to Why Not.

7-club 2-count staggered doubles, not my best day with this but at least I could see some passes being caught, trying to learn to look at that.

5b casc - 20 min. Low-fastest. High & precise. Wander back & forth with 7b-height.
7b casc - 100 min. Trying easy going, find into pattern, many early fails <20 c. Sudden really fresh form, after worn out.
5b casc - 15 min. 7b casc - 85 min. Several runs ~ 30 c. Forcing some towards end, one near 40 c.
