Orinoco

Salerno ring, 5 minutes

After turning the ring to face sideways (standing with one foot in front of the other makes a big difference in this orientation) I managed to successfully throw a ball through the ring & keep the spin going.

3 clubs, 40 minutes

423 lazies a bit dodgy. Had a brief stab at oh shits, only got up to 3 consecutive. Penguins still underspinning.

5 clubs, 5 minutes

Couple of 200+ runs.

handstands, 5 minutes

Felt a bit weak. Only managed one stand through my 4 usual poses.

Total practice time: 55 minutes

3 clubs, 4 clubs, 90 minutes

3 clubs: (about 60 minutes)

55500 (one time from cascade and back to cascade), many drops and some collisions but also some good rounds. Did it with hand clap on the first "0" today.
Almost did that sequence containing 55500 again, at least I got past that part but it was not very stable after that so I forgot what I was supposed to do.

4 clubs: (30 minutes)
Fountain, doubles. Best round 14 catches. Need better control on my left hand throws.

Total practice time: 90 minutes

3 balls, 4 balls, 5 balls, 6 ball preparation, 60 minutes

Started off running through my routine, then went to backcrosses, managed about 10 catches, then went to simple four ball tricks like under the leg. Afterwards I worked on 5 balls, getting 5, 10, and 15 catches 10 times in a row. Once I get 20 catches 10 times in a row I will just run it, as my base will be solid. Then worked on preparing for six balls, although my three in one hand just isn't coming. Maybe a best of 8 catches in right hand and 6 catches in left?

7 balls, 4 balls, 5 balls, 6 balls, 8 balls, 250 minutes

5b casc blind - 25 min. Tried to imagine the whole orbit first (wouldn't work). Did watching find a perfect pattern - found 1.st throw too high, 3.rd throw too low (due to different positions in the hand at start) -> Did watching 1.st low, 3.rd high (with tones too) --> pattern came at same height now. Then same blind, got more gathers, more touches. 3 gathers, one with arm-to-body.   4b fountains - 15 min. (avoided this for decades). 2 in only one each hand. Asynch. Asynch reverse works better for me aiming two virtual points (/throw along virtual poles) high in front of my shoulders. 42 c clean.   4b-[53]3333 - 10 min. (aiming on 6b-[53][53][53]33).   5b-753 - 5 min. Not mine.   6b wimpy - 15 min. Second time ever tried (last time in april only 5 min just to see). Now 14 c.   7b casc ~ 75(?) min. Nothing really new, but some good runs again that felt like "juggling" instead "trying". Still all about forcing / not forcing, swift, finding into the pattern, then into one that can endure. "hurry-the-tact-just-a-bit" seems a good motto for right now. Should - and been wanting to - try that left(weak)-hand-counting, too.

8b wimpy - 15(?) min. First unit ever tried: 8 c clean and stopped there. (maybe enter that one? dunno). °bit proud° :o]  5b casc blind - 15 min. 7 throws once (2 c).   5b casc varied - 10 min at-9b-height-precise-endure; wide\\narrow; low-fastest.   7b casc - ? (an hour?). Here and above, some runs round 30 c; two or three towards 40 c.
