First my ordinary "at home"-stuff (backcrosses, dips, chops..)

1up 2up on singles. Best rounds 3 times and back to cascade, yes! Both from start with right hand and start with left hand. Sure wasn't beautiful but still. Should learn to stay calm, keep breathing and stop throwing clubs up in the ceiling.

7b_wizard

7 balls, 5 balls, 270 minutes

5b casc varied - 30 min.   High.   A lot at 7b-height on endurance (only 72 c max run).   Low-fast.   As high as would go "swift/lax-effortless".   7b casc - 115 min. Forcing the start to put a jugglable 7 in the air, then keep forcing hoping to find into a few effort pattern (otherwise said: pull the forced high pattern lower, keeping good rhythm & right ratio). Few early fails, yet few round 30 throws, nothing towards 40 th.   ( Had to do some [322], then [52] to get back in after a pulling ache along the clavicle ).

5b casc varied - 25 min. Re-warmup underarms after break.   7b casc - 100 min.   Lost good start, lost pattern, many early fails.   Forced into some high runs getting height out of underarms mainly (not a lot from loose wrists) towards >30 throws (that can't be It .. too consuming).
