Good passing with different people at club. Lots of different props! Lower neck / right shoulder blade hurting -- trying to take it easy. Finally processed a run from a while ago:

Tried a new thing with balls.
A bit to windy to juggle clubs, but I tried anyway. No 4-club juggling today.

3b freestyle, misc - 30 min. Got some control over my "fastest" (not all intuitively only) - maybe can beat Mark Hanson some day .. did it without 3-dimensional (=in a plane) and starting to understand how and when my hands do like rev-rev-normal-normal, I think. 5b - 20 min. Anything, a little each. Get into some 7b-heights. 7b casc - 60 min.
5b casc - 20 min. Mainly endure at 7b-height. 7b casc - 115 min. One run 35 throws. (Interruptions: Horsefly here - cooling needed - mosquitos there - dip head in river - passerbys shouting good or bad - mosquito in eye - eljoint blue alert - re-drown towel = no constant practice). Got some runs felt controlling them, so I guess, I'm getting forward.
