A bit intermittent while watching the tennis. Worked on some 4 and 5 club siteswaps. 9 MMX balls felt good (35 catches). 11 was ok but not great (the ground in my garden isn't as flat as I'd like). I then did some weight training. Up to 126 catches of 7 balls with 0.5kg wrist weights.

It's log entry time again! Got to the studio late today and couldn't find a place to park, so missed an hour of practice.

Warmed up quickly, tried 4 clubs on quads and a few individual bxx on quads. Got some nice runs of 5 in warmup, but triples didn't feel great- barely qualified.

6 clubs felt really good. Very close to the flash in async and sync. In async, got more consistency by keeping my elbows out a bit and focussing on the left hand catches.

5 club singles felt good, over 40 catches starting from cold and clean qualify of singles down from doubles. Should work on the 5up 360- doesn't feel that much harder than the 3up. (6x,4)* was bad, need to slow down and sort out the asymmetry in the 6s.

Couple of decent attempts at 55550 bxx, flats not great- pushed for time.

Outside session at Romford.

Worked up to and pushed for 6 balls in one hand. One very close attempt (got the first 5, 6th bounced out). Spacing and timing generally much better now, feels physically easier too. Landed c0404040 warming up and got close to e040404040 and a060 too.

Some decent attempts at 8 sync, need to keep my elbows a bit forward, especially for the launch. At least 14 catches, maybe qualified. Little balls letting me down a bit. Had a couple of goes at 12 catches of 10. Not impossible, but far from the top of my list.

A few goes at 9 to finish. Really nice pattern- found following through with the first 2 throws helps. Struggled with the 2nd catch several times- maybe should be higher. Caught the rest fine.

Bit of club passing at the end. Must do some 3 person stuff next week.

7b_wizard

7 balls, 5 balls, 3 heavy balls, 270 minutes

3b freestyle, misc - 30 min.5b - 25 min.   As easy as possible 7-high.   Tried 25[35] 7-high (not good).   Bad at 5b-tennis (won't go by itself -> stopped). Tried 3b utl aswell - more difficult than I thought, max 2 c.  7-, 9-, b-high.   7b casc - 115 min.

5b - 40 min.   Warmup for 7b, slowly from low towards highest.   Endure some, easy going.   7b casc - 60 min.   Good, but not all fresh form (weather less hot). Yet better runs only towards end of units .. seemingly good patterns, but mostly too high and can't get them endure. Do need that perfect swift easy pattern, hardly higher to where I can reach up, and with short dwell-time.
