5b casc varied - 4 min. usual warmup as always: very high. 7-height + slowly turn once all around left and right way 'round. fastest.
7b casc - 36 min. 43, 45, 41, 41 cl, 53 (? 55?), 59, 47 throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 59 ]
