5 ball tricks, 5prop mix, #focus, 238 minutes

60' + 108' - 5b rev casc - 93 (40'), 81 (90'), 79 (130'), 73 cl, 73, 75, 77, 87 cl throws longest runs. Weary, unfresh juggling, didn't feel fit, shoulders and weakhandside's forearm reverse muscle (or so) burning after 6-7 rounds, .. watering muscles an' all didn't help .. doing differently wouldn't even work (tried speedy, tried short controlled runs, tried higher and slow a bit, tried going for it, tried focus on weakhand throws only, .. ) .. guess it came from a sore lumbal region. Towards end a few very good lower relaxed patterns allowing to early settle in a flow, but not for long with any flaw of drift easily leading to breakdown.

\\35' break. I ointed back and shoulders with some aromatic conifer-fluid - I used to use this a lot also during practise, but now believe, the camphor in it numbs nerves over threshold, so that I would overdo without noticing and have pain in the night and when getting up instead, so I'm cautious with it now. \\

30' - (still 5b rev) - Felt fresher, speedier, now. Often the pattern was wider than high, now, pretty speedy, but not even long enough for like a race to 50 catches. Didn't get any longer runs anymore (even when I tried normal high again). [ 5b reverse cascade progress: 93 ]

30' - 5 mixed props, 4b1c - bad when I didn't yet put main #focus on spinning `exactly´ doubles, then several 7-9 rounds, nothing clean.

10' - single bx - Upto 3 rounds, one of which to a clean collect, then also once 4 rounds back to cascade and clean collect.

Total practice time: 238 minutes
