1 ball head bounce, 3 balls, 3 rings, 4 balls, 5 balls, 6 balls, 7 balls, 1 club balance, 4 clubs, 4 rings, 5 , 60 minutes

slow slow progress still on making 3 ball 3 up 360 consistent. worked on head shoulder head transitions with head bounce. 5 ball reverse cascade, half shower, and 66661...getting better. 6 ball endurance, and 7 ball flash practice.
5 ring endurance and 4 club endurance. 4 clubs is getting a lot better! yeah!
