1 ball head bounce, 1 club balance, 3 balls, 3 rings, 4 balls, 3 clubs, 4 clubs, 4 rings, 5 balls, 5 rings, 6 , 45 minutes

still slow slow progress on making 3 ball 3 up 360 consistent. did some head bounce work. 5 ball reverse cascade, half shower, and 66661...getting better. 6 ball endurance, and 7 ball flash practice. 5 ring endurance and 4 club endurance. 4 clubs is getting a lot better! yeah!
