1 ball head bounce, 1 club balance, 3 balls, 4 balls, 4 rings, 5 balls, 5 rings, 6 balls, 7 balls, 60 minutes

This practice session was an odd mix of working on various head bounce and club balance: put rings on and off head while maintaining bounce or balance. Trying to do something to increase the skill so I'll finally be able to juggle under the club balance and head bounce. I then did some 3 up 360 work...still not consistent with this trick. Then moved on to basic 4, 5, 6 stuff, and then 7 ball flashes (getting better!). Then I did some 4 ring practice and some 5 ring endurance.
