3 balls, contact, Handstands, 5 balls, 180 minutes
really long session but a lot of improvement in my five ball pattern. along with a very solid run of body rolls with my contact ball. however i couldn't find a good rhythm with my 3 ball site swaps i had a few good runs of 441 and 531 but anything more than that and i was just fumbling about like a fish with one giant leg. handstand worked well for me today im walking about like a pro now however for only like a minute and i cant stop very well quite yet either.
