1 ball head bounce, 6 balls, 7 balls, balance, 4 clubs, 55 minutes

Focused practice on 6 balls, 7 balls, and 4 clubs with a bit of head bounce and balance practice thrown in during rest periods.

Warren Hammond suggested some exercises and tips which I have been working on to improve 6 balls and 4 clubs. Sync drills, 2 in one hand, being more under the pattern and arms more at sides. I am seeing some small improvements, but, shoulders have been sore and hurting a bit from the changes in form.

First log entry in sometime, as I have been sporadic at practice, a bit unmotivated about juggling in general and unmotivated to actually log things. Rewatched some Tony and Wes videos recently and that got me a bit more motivated again.
