Full session, Explorative, 90 minutes

Mucked around with some new stuff, I've been having fun exploring as a warmup for my practise sessions. Qualified high-low, cross-columned inverted box, which might even be easier than a standard high-low inverted box. Need to learn it from the other version of cross columned inverted box.

Been practising 771 (with entry and exit) and transitioning to (and between directions of) five ball shower. Slow going, but I feel like I need to be able to do those things.
