7 balls, 3 heavy balls, #session, 220 minutes

3b freestyle, misc - 30 min.   7b casc - 85 min.   Break.   3b freestyle, misc - 20 min.   7b casc - 85 min.   Nothing new, nothing exceptional, no progress.   Half hour finding into nimble pattern, good phase then. Very little, but was there again: "easy-as-5b"-feeling.   Some good runs, 2.-nd unit: bit too much effort, nothing really nimble, bit worn, but some better runs.   Okey #session, but stays behind my goals.
