7 balls, 5 balls, 5 ball tricks, 3 heavy balls, #StagesOfLearning, #collateral, 215 minutes

3b freestyle, misc - 15 min.   5b casc varied - 30 min.   Some 7-high endure: max 213 throws. A bit b-high: 12 catches clean (from increasing cascade) lol.   A lot 9-high; wanted to double my max ~40-50 throws to what 70 or 100 catches I want with 7b, but got only two max runs of >=40 and didn't wanna exhaust on it.   5b tricks - 20 min.   5b all up 180° : (from running cascade) got five times 4 catches and was about to give up after third time. But it was so close and the fifth time was "almost" with had the fifth ball, but slipped off after half caught. After some more fails and again wanting to adjourn that as it wouldn't succeed, I instead decided to WANT that flash done knowing I could get it after such close tries. Got it shortly afterwards. [ #collateral ]. #StagesOfLearning : First throwing way too high, balls going anywhere. Counted beats on single ball throw for timing five throws until 180° catch to find the apt height. --> Next - with right timing now - found always second throw (weakhand) failing and switched that off. --> Now found the flash in its whole landing too wide, so threw it more narrow which made one or other collision until I finally got it. [record that one].   7b casc - 70 min.   41 throws counted run.

3b freestyle, misc - 5 min.   7b casc - 75 min.   Another 41 throws run.
Had better, but: good phase with ~ 30 th runs = good session. [ dailyLongestRun7b: 41 ]
