Typically I don't log club meetings, but this one was surprisingly efficient. Ate a very large meal beforehand, and was energized for practically the whole time. #5bbx were going the best they ever have. I got 7 out of 9 catches on a few runs, and some 7/8 catch runs. The throws seems /perfect/.

Crushed my very old #5bendruance record, going from about 5.5 to 12 minutes (+/- ~15 seconds, I was going by timing of songs). It seems to be benefiting my #7b form, which was the goal.
