Worked on spins mostly with 3b and some siteswaps with 4 and 5 (123456789, 97531 etc.)

Wanted to work on 8b today, but my left hand is too stupid for that. Need to start practice flashes of 4 balls in my left hand. With my right hand I got 13 catches.

Total practice time: 40 minutes
