7 balls, 6 balls triplex, 5 heavy balls, 5 balls, 3 heavy balls, #StagesOfLearning, #endupatt, 180 minutes

3 heavy balls, 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~20 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~10 min.
6b-[345][22]2 - ~20 min. (Bubbles)   Did [345]12[345][22]2..a.s.o. no: sth like [567]12[345]22[345][345]22 to launch first triplex. Grip: triangle + backhand throw spun inside up. --> The low ball needs spaced very low well (soas to have time for throwing next triplex); by holding that ball a bit apart, lower in the hand, with pinky mainly (and by that a bit nearer to wrist with less lever), it will not fly too high. --> I tend to do the third throw too early as duplex (not waiting 'til the third ball landed), but got three triplexes done (to collapse) once. Like 9 throws 6 catches but for that launch with a 1.
[edit, after ladder-diagramming:] need to do [567]12[356]22[345][22]2[345][22]2..a.s.o. [end edit]
I guess the trick is pretty easy to run, once you got the knack. There's always only 3-4 balls in the air.
5b casc varied - ~10 min. (Bubbles)   Pulse wide\\narrow; walk backwards\\forewards with 7-high pattern; fastest.
7b casc - ~120 min.   Once 49 throws run (plus two longer uncounted runs, but estimated equal or below that) was all the yield above 38 th. Runs felt really good, though, partly easy, but slips or collisions broke it down and I didn't always do everything right (pattern near body; scoop as much as necessary to not drift into too wide; not enough wrist; too graspy with too much palm instead fingerbasket). Good felt average somewhere between 27-33.   [ dailyLongestRun7b: 49 ]
