Mostly full session, 60 minutes
A bit sore from yesterday. Focused on body throws (which are coming along, most of the old combos I've been struggling with are finally settling [1]) and a bit of #7b. Found out that my ring finger did something slightly different between my left/right hand when starting with a pyramid in that hand, so I've fixed that.
Fast reverse cascade is getting really nice.
