7 balls, 3 heavy balls, 5 ball tricks, 5 heavy balls, 5 ball splits variations, 7 balls splits, 8 balls triplex, 270 minutes
Warm up, from lax, easy going with cold arms, slowly get into form and serious whole-body juggling:
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~40 min. More outside--inside--inside-"fastest" than usual, but no long runs ..
.. i tend to try even faster, rather than going for keeping it up for longer.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~5 min.
Just a bit of multiplexing to stay tuned and to give unannounced PRs a chance to drop in, right:
5b splits bx - ~10 min. One unreasonable 16 c cl peak run; rest four-five throws, maybe 10 c cl.
7b splits - ~10 min. Upto eight throws to breakdown.
8b [567][22]2 - ~5 min. Around four throws.
Main:
5b 52567 - ~40 min. 16 c cl. Upto into fifth sides' throws.
7b casc - ~150 min. 47, 42, 43 throws runs longer than 40 th. Hm. Not found into utterly fresh phase or sth.
A good bunch of runs ~39. Also, casually, some did feel really good, though. [ dailyLongestRun7b: 47 ]
.. in between 5b casc varied - ~10 min. fastest. high throws. wristy 7-high.
