1b behind me -
  - bbb - got upto a width outside of hips, rather smashing, 1-s.
  - bhb (behind head blind) - could do throwing from outside the shoulders, but not as good as bbb,
especially weakhand failed more.
  - bbb with outstretched arms (more hanging) was also good.
  - 3-es bbb much harder, not so good.
alternated between low bbb and high bhb each time my shoulders felt tensed.

  + fx
  + rev bx - bad at first trying rev crossing bx, then did rev sh caught (far over, then) with other hand

3b relaxed 3b cascade simply enduring (but dropped a few times) + focus on Djokovic vs. Monfils (tv)
