Fountain, doubles. Got one good round, 206 catches, it has been a while since I last got 200 so that felt good.

Kick-up from 3c cascade to 4c fountain, got about 3 of 10 attempts.

53 with the 3 as a backcross, once and back to fountain. Got this on the second attempt today. Took me 5 attempts to get it from the other hand.

3 clubs:

45123 with the 1 behind my back and the 2 as a flip, only got two connected rounds.
55113 with the second 1 behind my back, once and back to cascade
55500 (triples) with hand clap

423 (double, thumb roll, backcross)

Backcrosses on doubles, every 5th throw

1up 360, got it about half of the times. Common problems: Overspun triples, club coming down too close to me.

1up 2up (doubles) is still difficult
