3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 23 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 3 min.   7-high only.
5b 56752 - 22 min.   Upto 7 rounds.
9b flashing - 40 min.   Tried "unleashed" from the beginning of stint. (Skipped calibrating first four throws and finding into pattern regarding focus on each, spacing, timing, aiming, speed, near body + front plane. Emptied full hands, thinking of the angle and (speed/thrust-)vector up.   Six times 7 gathers, one of which 8 g in reach.   Once 8 gathers (yeaowh! .. been a while).   11 throws into 6 gathers.

Currently doing that [=flashing] with 9b - I don't find it monotoneous at all:

First I warmup on that challengin pattern by calibrating first four throws only until I get them well enough to dare the whole flash \ launch. (~5-10 min)

Then (upto ~10-20 more min), I get chaos up there: either well-timed, but spread astray out of reach, or most balls within range of reach, but badly spaced and -timed, or all well-timed, well-spaced, well-aimed, but overall way too fast. In that phase I get like 5 gathers and less. So, at least then I got sth up in the air to work with:

I will try doing near the body (feels like throwing right above me), to stay within front plane well, or I will try speedier from wrists, or I will try to get my crescendo launch well-spaced. Bailing out any of such flaws that occur, I will get 6 gathers (in that session a first success!?) a lot and casual 7 gathers (success.). (~15-30 min)

And during this latter part, I can after a while get a phase where 8 gathers are possible (success!).

And that on and on since about a year or sth. Got the flash clean once before with small balls, but not with normal size yet.

I am not ever "hoping", but I listen how my arms, forearms, wrists feel, how speediness, spacing and aiming are okay or not, always keen on feeling that confidence of launches feeling ripe for next step which is doing "unleashed" and fire everything up in a rhythm, relying on good throws. I think of the height (and visualize it for aiming), I think of the front plane to be done within, I think of the angles (the visualized vector at release even), .. I'll then "empty the hands" no matter how many balls they might keep.

And that's the phase, where I can go for rethrows, .. that is, ignoring any drops, to rethrow as many balls as possible, and I got like upto 13-15 throws (success!!), with like 6-7 (.. you know --> success.) gathers or so, which feels really great and much different from flashing exactly "nine" balls to a collect - the pattern then also feels even 'bigger', higher, speedier even, yet not hasted, not "too fast", but "well in its right rhythm", and I then know, that nothing that I flash to an awkward collect is the final pattern that will stay up, but only those rethrows give an impression of the jugglable pattern. Any well thrown rethrow is worth tens of flashes and opens the door to the feel of the continouus pattern.
