Some ideas for the juggling data set:

1. Get video from at least 6 jugglers, performing 15 catches of 5 ball cascade. Use this data to study things like average dwell time, average throw height, height of first throw vs. average pattern height, etc...

2. Take inspiration from the Titanic dataset on Kaggle.com. A dataset is something that requires constant promotion and maintenance. Kaggle didn't just put the dataset on the internet. Kaggle continuously has added new tutorials and documentation to make the dataset accessible to more users.
