7 balls, 3 heavy balls, 9 balls flashing, 5 ball tricks, #structuredPractise, 5 heavy balls, #technique, #efficiency, 5 balls, 220 minutes

[ Had my ``This Year's Day Off´´ yesterday. Hope, no one noticed. ]
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 33 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 12 min.   120 throws wristy 6-high.   #technique, theory? - There's those minuscule moments when doing sports, where you relax muscles or bodyparts for a few millisecs .. when biking, it's when the leg is utterly stretched after pushing the pedal down (a right saddle-height is important for that), .. when swimming breast strokes, it's when for a few msecs after the stroke you let the pushed away water pass by after a stroke before doing next .. a.s.o. - those relaxing millisecs are also what I'm practising when doing "wristy" - when the hand can flap back relaxed after release  ( without overflapping uncontrolledly and hurting your wrist, that is, but merging with the hand's circling movement )  before reaching out for the next catch.
  335 5-high endured.
5b 56752 - 18 min.   A 9th, two 10th and a 12th side. Mostly tensed / forced for result, rather higher patterns  ( #structuredPractise - felt ``high & precise np´´ today, guess for doing right after using 5 heavy balls ).
#structuredPractise - Usually I do 9b right after the 5 heavy balls, but it's also good to do 7b right after 9b (where usually there's the 5b s'swap); changing schedule to doing 9b twice, like an usual full stint, then another just short one for 7b, might be an option  ( I don't think I want to do the 5b s'swap between two heavy ball stints, and not as overall first stint before then having to go `back down´ to `only´ 3 heavy balls. You know what I mean. ).
9b flashing - 27 min.   Almost everything to make it a pretty good stint: early four times 7 gathers; two(! more than once is very rare) times 8 gathers; and a few good (higher) ``rethrowable´´ patterns - just not enough of these and without a notable result.
7b casc - 120 min.   45, 51, 45, [longer break], 45 throws longest runs. (dulled away a good part of that stint - could've more really "went for it" )   [ daily7b II: 51 ]
5b fastest - 10 min.   Good, but too much going on eye-height and higher, and no very long run (maybe 30+ throws?).

Total practice time: 220 minutes
