3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 120 min. #otu - bx into 90° turn; got it a couple of times once all around (four turns to 360°) turning into stronghand's bx, then with weakhand's once around too. Ell-roll-flicks(?) - got about 10 in a 4-count, only two in a 2-count, so `folded´ the 2-count. Some work on past under the other arm throws (upto in a 3-count, and caught in a mix of claws and-or penguins)
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 10 min.
5b 56752 - 63 min. Three times 6 sides clean. One 8th side to collapse.
7b splits - 10 min. 12 c cl. 9 duplex thrown to collapse.
7b casc - 112 min. Tried to focus on getting best easiest pattern and technique, going to early collects - feels much more effective -, easy going also, instead exhausting on result, and got 43, 47, 69 (unsuspected, surprising, right after I `woke up´ from a rather dull phase), 59 (gorgeous run, smooth, easy, untensedly snapped-in) throws longest runs, plus a half-of-it counted run at least 43 th maybe 49. 5b 56752 - 25 min. Two 7th to collapse. Two 6th sides clean.
9b flashing - 30 min. Five times 7 gathers, one of which out of 10 throws. 2 and 3 rethrows (once each. =11, 12 throws).
7b casc - 115 min. 43, 51, 45, 75[*], 49 throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 75 ]
[*] - #outst'runs, #mentec(?), #endupatt - did not focus on top's shape well, as usually works best, but had had several ~35-37 runs seeming like a barrier right before and wanted to do what I'm actually out for and dare and keep 'em up for a longer run ( sort of went for it(?), put less focus on counting(?), did with extra spirit(?), sth of the kind, .. mainly "kept going", I guess .. ). The run itself wasn' to tensed, rather fluent, just had to fight just a bit with right height at around six sets of eight throws.
5b fastest - 10 min. Very very low & fast, partly racketing, but hardly over 30 throws a few runs. (need 50 throws safe, or a minute)

5b casc varied - 10 min. when including "fastest" here, then not as going for result, but as overall speediness \ nimbleness preparation for all that is to come.
5b 56752 - 45 min. Two 6th ounds clean. A 7th round to collapse. An 8th round clean.
9b flashing - 50 min. Four times 7 gathers. Once each, 11, 12, 13 throws.
7b casc - 120 min. 40-50-throws-day today: 47, 43, 49, 43, 47, 43, 43, 49, 49, 46, 44, 43 throws longest runs. #endupatt - Got it "throwing under last ball" well a lot, but hardly ever with focus on and welltimed into pattern's top's rolling ``dice eyes´´ ever. Not really snapped-in as should. [ daily7b II: 49 ]

5b warmup, casc varied, shower - 15 min. Clean flash of shower; and 6 and 7 throws' attempts of it to collapse. #technique (focus) - Firing up to the same not all too high spot. Also some "fastest" here already again.
5b 52567 - 25 min. Bad; was happy with only a 5.th side clean at last.
7b casc - 110 min. Never got that wheel turnin'; hardly ever got a well-shaped top of pattern to go on from .. guess my main fault that kept me from finding my pattern and connecting to its top well, was, that I wanted too much and did too tensed most the time.
[ #technique, #SoL, #mentec(?), #endupatt ] - Maybe, for the pattern to snap-in, once it's up and finished launching, you have to do a lot of things - if not everything - right in just one instant .. do an extra switch into "keep-up"-mode, which is a hurdle to take to get it rollin'.
Got 43, 41, 43 cl, 45 throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 45 ]
5b fastest - 5 min.

10' - 3b blind - Worked myself up to 15 c cl, 24 c cl. - Long term intending to vary (conquer more airspace controlled, wide, high, front planes), then 5b blind, (more flashes, 5 c cl, and) 6.throw caught. On 5-height wasn't as obvious .. failed after few throws.
10' - 3b wide:
wide & smashy -- wide & smashy -- normal throw -- back to middle & smashy -- back to middle & smashy -- normal throw -- .. a.s.o.
Three period, 2 emphasized throws.
The normal throw tends to become wide too, so allowed for that (doing it not all as wide, restrained) to
get the pattern running. (But) Got 8 throws (only so far).
100' - 5b wristy, easiest, most relaxed patt - Pattern went near chin, like Nadir Le Jongleur (long not heard of him). Did not drift into fast low pattern today, because I worked on effective lever by throwing from fingers and pretty loose wrists ("lax" and "unleashed" mode seem to be getting better). This time, allowed for some effort for a few recovery throws, but not too effortish or over whole periods, as for "finding back into that easy pattern" (e.g. when bx-ing or ro-ing or simply enduring on result). 165, 173 throws runs that way.
25' - 5b endure - Not doing this mainly (but here also) for result, but for feeling into enduring for 7b. Had to go over 289, 237, 223, 245, (and earlier fails in between), until I got a 859 throws run (got me sweating, forearms burning a bit).
70' - 5b rev casc - 35, 31, 35 cl, 31, 37, throws runs.

80' - 5b easy, relaxed pattern - Allowed for no effort or tension to arouse, rather lax even. Wristy, trying between loose and unleashed. With \ without thumb. Near fingertips \ near palm \ rolling. Small scoop versus flabby scoop, relaxing a millisecond on dwelltime. Naturally falls into fast, low pattern (casually? when succeeding to do fully relaxed? .. still investigating), but I want it a bit higher, round what-I'm-tall-high, thus slower, to have spare time for recoveries, and the whole being a bit comfortable when enduring. Gave runs about 50-100 throws, few upto ~123, ~150, 219.
5' - 5b endure - A 347 throws run (but was still on ``lax´´ rather than ``fight to keep up´´).
55' - 5b rev casc - 37 cl, 49 runs.

9b flashing - ~45 min. Five times 7 gathers, one of which 8 g in reach. 13 throws with 6 gathers.
8b wimpy - ~20 min. Upto seven pairs thrown to drop(s). Not over 7 catches (three times, i think) and nothing clean, though. One wonderful pattern with 12 c cl in reach, but blundered at collecting (balls bounced and slipped after touching).
5b 52567 - ~20 min. 28 gathers (seventh side). Two times 24 c cl (sixth sides).
5b lax, lazy, easy - ~5 min. (digestive easy goin' after snackbreak) merged into some "fastest" and some wristy 7-high throwing. ( #endupatt - ) Into "fastest" happened in a way that had occurred formerly when doing 5b "easiest pattern" in context of going for enduring >1,000: ( #technique - ) Upper arms tight to body, forearms held upward in small angle with hands on upper chest level .. now throwing very low, small pattern almost from wrists and fingers only (forearms only slightly following). Very easy juggling 5b, but not an endurance pattern (at my current level) as it needs high accurracy doing from wrists and fingers only.
7b casc - ~55 min. 43, 44, 49, 47, 49 throws runs longer than 40 th. [ dailyLongestRun7b: 49 ]

5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~5 min.
9b flashing - ~35 min. Several times 7 gathers. Upto 5 rethrows. #SoL - Launching through a ``(vertical) strip of (higher and higher) crossing points´´ for my ladder launch might give nicer patterns and do less collisionbound launches. I can aim lower and needn't bother about what happens high up in the top, but can rely on throws coming well .. all provided I got into whole launches well and do that aiming accurately.
8b wimpy - ~5 min. Two times six pairs thrown. Slowly getting back to that feeling of it being simple, that I had when first trying the 8b-wimpy and got the flash in one the first attempts ( but completely lost that and got entangled into focussing other stuff like width, hand's position, angles thrown ). I have to just throw from near the middle up, aiming rather narrow on height, near the body and in the front plane. I can do somewhat lower for better control, less accurate being good enough then.
5b 52567 - ~20 min. A few full fifth, two sixth and one seventh side to drop(s). Best full caught was 20 gathers clean.
7b casc - ~105 min. 49, 47, 75 (blundered on going to collect), 65, 57, and a few more (51(?), 49(?), .. ? ) throws runs longer than 40 th. I can partly, in good phases, rely on good launches and on getting right into keeping the top rollin', soas I can launch with the intention of enduring like I would with 5 balls. I'm then going for like 12 sets of 8 throws = ~100 catches. ( But there's still just as many as ever less good phases where I don't get that simple ``cascady spirit´´, not a clean pattern launched, early fails even, liable to do unwristy with effort and-or too far ahead, and forcing too much. ) [ dailyLongestRun7b: 75 ]
In between did one, two or a few attempts on [ #new ] 5b splits crosshand overhead (two throws to collapse). 7b all up 180° (one couldn't tell what I tried there). 7b launch: quadplex -- triplex -- synch duplexes ([4x6x],[4x6x]) (get these to clean collect every once in a while). Also regularly few times per stint doing launch: 1 up kicked -- split triplex -- split triplex to collect .. lately also into two to four cascade throws. 7b single round °27°.

5b wristy 7-hi - ~5 min.
5b 52567 - ~15 min. Upto fourth sides thrown.
7b casc - ~175 min. 55, 43, 63, 48, 41, 45, 63, 41, 43, 51, 43, 57 throws runs longer than 40 th. #endupatt - I need to scoop better (it's still not automized) in order to avoid (drift into) wide juggling and in order ot get a spacier pattern. [ dailyLongestRun7b: 63 ]

7b splits - ~5 min. 18 c cl.
8b 2 - ~7 min. Twice 14 c (5 triplex thrown + last dropped).
5b wristy 7-high and 5-high - ~10 min. 7-hi ~: 50, 60, 30, 140+.
5b fastest - ~10 min. 33, 39 throws runs.
5b 52567 - ~45 min. A few fifth sides again, one sixth, i think (don't after each run remember which hand I started with and too focussed for counting sidechanges). #SoL - Main issue: 6-s, but can now precise: especially those from weakhand (so obvious, but you don't always notice the obvious when struggling for control).
7b casc - ~140 min. 54, 44, 47, 45, 44, 42, 52, 54, 41, 41, 73!*, 49 throws runs longer than 40 th. #endupatt - *73 - longest throws run ever, but to breakdown with drops, only 4 gathers. Hoping on some ``endurance-control´´ whatever that is .. I often have to, at a point (strange attractor, 35-37 throws), push to keep height, then again in a rhythm of #n throws ( > a period, maybe ) it seems. Shall maybe get this pulsing up<->down in the rhythm of breathing .. [as Jeremy Shafer describes here for 9b], or word, emphasize the "up again" part, or sing a song to it ..
