Not that serious, just couldn't resist the juggling props (all right, didn't try very hard) though the music was supposed to help motivate cleaning, not juggling...
Some 3c juggling
3 rings, did 423 once and back to cascade a few times. Also with active 2 (spinning around my index finger).
Tried a duplex throw in starting 4 balls... Throwing one ball crossing, then duplex throw with one low crossing, higher straight, I guess that means , and into 4b fountain. Saw another juggler teaching it today at practice.
Total practice time: 10 minutes
Show + short training before it
Total practice time: 8 minutes
Trying 4 club fountain (my mistake is that I was doing it with just one rotation), 3 club cascade, behind the back, chops; 3 balls (penguin, claws), 4 balls (shower), 5 balls (cascade); 3 rings (cascade), 4 rings (asynchronous fountain), 5 rings (cascade)
Total practice time: 65 minutes
Pretty nice session, other that I spent one hour trying to get two rounds of 966 back to cascade..... Not surprised I didn't get it (kind of got it though, but not as I wanted it). It was almost black outside and I was a bit tired. But I was very close to get it clean many times. I'll just go for it tomorrow :). Didn't do it as much but the 7 ball 5-up 360 felt pretty awesome!
This session was with my old uglies. I feel like they give me more freedome than my MMX1 balls. I think it's because I can chase new tricks with them, the MMX balls are a bit limiting. But at the same time, I LOVE the feel of them.
I think that I have gotten a bit higher and relaxed pattern with my uglies compared to a few months ago.
Total practice time: 75 minutes
3 balls (cascade, bxx, robot, MM, shower to the both sides), 4 balls (asynchronous fountain, MM, half shower - a new record, shower to the both sides), 5 balls (cascade - for about 16 sec maximum); 3 rings (cascade), 4 rings (asynchronous fountain), 5 rings (cascade); 3 clubs (learning slapbacks, practising cascade, above the head, reverse cascade, double and triple rotations from both hands, chops and other tricks)
Total practice time: 90 minutes
