At the end of my session I worked on 2in1 technique for about 15 minutes. It didn't go so well at the beginning, but as i kept practicing I did..better. I feel like i wasn't trying hard enough.
Total practice time: 60 minutes
Got through most of the tricks on the list, next time i'd like to not spend too much time though! Anyways, i'm getting really close to beating level: 8. And I was able to do the 531 3 times continuously, the third may have been sloppy, but the first and second were just fine. And i realized that i was using too much wrist for some of the tricks i was practicing like the 423 mills mess for example. (which is understandable because alot of these tricks feel awkward to juggle 2.5ft above my head)
Total practice time: 185 minutes
Practice didn't go to well, on the bright side though i managed to get through all the tricks. :P
Total practice time: 75 minutes
So i got through all the core skills that i needed to work on, then completed half of the tricks on the list. Later on today, i'm going to practice all the core skills again, probably briefly, then i'm going to work on the second half of tricks.
And here is the list of tricks i am working on currently:
Clawed columns (2in1)
clawed fountain (2in1)
behind the back
to the back (where you throw a ball from the front side and catch it with the opposite hand behind the back)
--Core Skills II--
--Tricks Part 1--
Crossed Reverse Cascade
--tricks part 2--
423 Mills Mess
441 Mills Mess (some time in the future)
Clawed Cascade I, II, and III
clawed 423 (when i am ready)
WOOO!!! I did the 534!!!! and it was flawless!!! Twice!! WOO!! Yeah!! O:IEJHFO:RQAIW~!! i was able to get it on my right side, but i didn't attempt the left side.
Total practice time: 130 minutes
So todays session went great! I started off by warming up, practicing the basics. Then I moved on to the current list of tricks i am working on and got through everything with ease(there were a few tricks i didn't get to though). Those tricks include the 531, starting from both sides, the crossed cascade (also starting from both sides!) the reverse cascade (Both sides! As you can probably already tell, i'm practicing everything starting from both sides) tossing and catching a prop behind the back. Oh and i forgot to mention that i practice throwing higher than usuall, I believe that accuracy always comes first! And that is about it. I didn't get to practicing the 441, or the box. I think i might wait on the box or practice it low..I dont know, it feels wierd practicing it high. And i honestly can't imagine doing the 4ball box in the future, but i couldn't imagine myself doing the 531 a few months ago sooo (starting from both sides!! xD), i never know!
Total practice time: 120 minutes
