# 7 balls, 9 balls flashing, 3 heavy balls, 5 heavy balls, 5 balls, 247 minutes

3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 20 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 10 min. 95 throws wristy 6-high to collision. 209 t 5-high to collision.
9b flashing - 65 min. Two times 8 gathers. Again, theoretically 9 c in reach: time plenty after spotting around 3(?) last balls, but had bodycaught already and inevitably leaving bodycatches only, for those incoming last balls (ended 6 gathers). No rethrows. (m.)
7b casc - 142 min. 47, 47, 47, 51, 53, 49, 45, 45, 43 throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 53 ]

# 7 balls, 9 balls flashing, 5 balls, 5 ball tricks, 3 heavy balls, 5 heavy balls, 208 minutes

5b 56752 - 25 min.   Hardly over 6 sides, but one 9th side into 10th collapsing.
[ short rainbreak 5' ]
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 18 min.
[ break - tried to roughly dry the grass with a towel attached to a long branch 15' ]
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 10 min.   161 c cl wristy 6-high.   119 throws into collision 5-high.
9b flashing - 50 min.   Many 7 gathers.   Two 8 g.   No rethrows.
7b casc - 53 min.   49, 43, 47, 51, 45 throws longest runs.   [ daily7b II: 51 ]
[ next rainbreak 15' ] meadow was soakin' wet now and wiping off every dropped ball wasn't really "practise" ..
7b casc - 5 min. trying to not drop at all gave 7-11 throws  a n d  drops. Very bad.
.. so I rather did where I can expect fewest drops:
5b endure - 30 min.   359 throws.
more 7b casc - 17 min.   (no long runs)

# 7 balls, 9 balls flashing, 5 balls, 193 minutes

5b casc warmup - 12 min.   That 555..55f..f00..-thing needs fast ``explosive´´ full-thrust throws (partly with hopping) - nothing like healthy and it doesn't really make a lot of sense either.   Very high.   Fastest.   Wristy 5-high.
9b flashing - 47 min.   Around twelve times 7 gathers. Three times 8 g. And around five times 13-14 throws. One 9 in reach, time plenty since spotting last ball, but didn't find a nest for it in my full hands and still fumblin' last catch so it bounced off. Felt like "gotten", though.
7b casc - 129 min.   47, 45, 45, 45, 59, 45, 57, 55, 57, 45, 47, 63 throws longest runs. Good. Continue like that!   [ daily7b II: 63 ]
5b fastest - 5 min.

# 7 balls, 9 balls flashing, 5 balls, #otu, 190 minutes

5b casc varied - 12 min.   very high.   wristy 5-high.   Then I tried a few [ #otu ] 55555f55f50f50f00f00..a.s.o. (as a transition from low to very high casc) but didn't get over the first two or three f-s.   a bit fastest.
9b flashing - 41 min.   Fifteen times 7 gathers, two of which were: 10 throws 7 g, and 11 t 7 g; and several of the rest of which were possible 8 g. One 8 g. Several, upto 3-4 rethrows - the focus lies on "after the launch", which latter then comes (needs to come) fully automized, as I'm preparing to get a viable height and hammer incoming balls up again.
7b casc - 137 min.   43, 53 cl, 51, 43, 51, 51, 49, 44, 61, 43, 59, 43 throws longest runs. Felt great, got it well, had that floating 3b cascade top again and that feeling of controlling it from a distance or like by reins.   [ daily7b II: 61 ]

# 7 balls, 9 balls flashing, 5 balls, 152 minutes

5b casc warmup - 12 min. very high. wristy 5-high.
9b flashing - 25 min. Three times 7 gathers, two of which were near 8 g. One 8 g. No rethrows. Apart from that had two 9c in reach that ended in 5 g (had them all bodycaught, but they bounced and rolled off from what I held arms to body already) and 6 g.
7b casc - 115 min. 51, 47, 46, 47, 51, 45, 50, 47, 43 cl, 43 throws longest runs. Not all as good as last two days, didn't really snap-in, wasn't so well connected to pattern's top, didn't roll by itself, often somewhat too tensed, but good level anyway. [ daily7b II: 51 ]

# 7 balls, #StagesOfLearning, #endupatt, 5 balls, 112 minutes

5b casc warmup - 5 min.   very high. low & fast. wristy 5-high.
7b casc - 107 min.   Fourtyseven Day .. got 47, 47, 43, 59, 47, 44, 59, 47, 45 throws longest runs.   A fight "tensed \\ untensed" against tensed shouldermuscles, against bad ratio, against inaccuracy, against doing too far ahead, against rowing too wide, that after a while I won by doing just a hearty bit higher (``than I thought´´; and at the same beat) right from launch, by walking back or forth at launch, by focussing on patterns' top better, trying to orient on it, by doing more speedy and by flapping wrists well (and luckily I felt ``speedy´´ too), and by can't remember.   Several runs felt smooth, comfortable and like going longer, but got slips or pattern became unstable.   One given run, I had the impression, I were controlling pattern's top from a distance, like when trying to put a fidgeting fish at the end of the fishing rod into a small bucket by the handle of the rod from that distance.   [ daily7b II: 59 ]   All I need is two consecutive long runs without the drop in between, you know.

# 7 balls, #mentec, 9b flashing attempts, 5 ball tricks, 5 balls, 239 minutes

9b flashing - 88 min.   Twentysix(!) times 7 gathers. Several 8 g in reach. Two 8 g gotten. Very few rethrow attempts, one good one: 13 throws. Sometimes I do: "First two or four throws rather too wide than narrow!" (cos too narrow as usually happens is sort of `granted´ anyway). Whole stint felt great again.
5b 56752 - 19 min.   Rather bad, into 9th side to collapse, an 8th side clean, a 7th, all fought for, tensed.
7b casc - 128 min.   43, 49, 45, 43 throws longest runs. A few nicely rolling runs. But mostly not doing smooth, nimble enough - [ #mentec ] guess, the thing is, when doing with unleashed wrists, you give away control at first and I have to awarely actively decide to now do wristy as should and go through re-seizing control (get the aiming well) doing that way; unwristy is simply the intuitive way that happens when not thinking about it or not noticing or focussing on sth else (e.g. top of pattern).  [ daily7b II: 49 ]
5b fastest - 4 min.

# 7 balls, 9 balls flashing, 5 balls, 185 minutes

9b flashing - 62 min.   Eighteen times 7 gathers (two of which 8 g in reach).   Two times 8 g.   12 and 14 throws launches.   Seems so feasible, feels so greedy and often looks and feels structured now.
7b casc - 113 min.   47, 59, 67(! long not had so much), 47, 43, 59 cl, 45, 44 cl throws longest runs. Really got it well again today. Even tried a few catastrophic 9-s: all up-s and °9955° into ultimate collapses.  [ daily7b II: 67 ]   (wet meadow and balls towards end)
5b fastest - 10 min.   One longer run >40 throws, but not so low (nose to head-high, throwing from lower chest).

One more thing I lately noticed: [ #anatomy #technique #posture ] - when doing pretty high throws with hips counter-wiggling to shoulderbelt via torus, I can feel small muscles along my spine and when they're sore; doing with slightly bent, thereby stabilized back gets completely rid of that (if needed). I'm not sure, where that force then lands .. guess hips (or now the whole stabilized torus) still wiggling, but less(?), then give that motion down to legs, knees, feet and stance(?).
