Mostly good training session, although reminded that backcrosses only work after practising a few days in a row.
5b backcrosses - seemed kind of there, 14 good throws once. Work on the exercises more.
5c backcrosses - struggled on the entry, but I've not tried this in a while.
744 - worked well. Heydar suggested 4 rounds, 1 round of 94444, then back to pattern. Got this, and then straight away was getting multiple runs of 50 catches, so I think the focusing on form first really helped.
7 clubs - having a good club warmup before hand was very helpful, as was having the energy to go at it for a while (because there are so many things to fix). Main issue - left hand going forward, right hand back, also a bit narrow. Really focus on throwing with the right hand a bit later and from a bit higher. After a lot of work two good goes with 17 throws and 12 catches.

20 catches clean of 7 clubs and 20 catches of 5 club bxxs back into cascade. 3 clubs Alberts feels better holding the club not so much at the end of the handle.

I almost finished my session without getting it, and my thumbs were getting very tired. But I tried an extra few minutes more than I planned, and finally managed 14 catches on 7 clubs.
I guess now I have no excuse for getting on with 12 balls. Except the Katakomben has white walls and ceiling, and my white beanbags might be hard to see for my eyes and for a camera.

Day 7 of 7 clubs. Got 13 catches again, but not my goal: 14 catches.

Aimed for 11 or 12 catches. My left hand didn't feel good throwing the 12 club, so I stuck with 11 throws and catches until I got it.

Aiming for 10 catches of 7 again. Best: 9 catches clean.

Aim: 10 catches. Closest attempt in the first minute. Multiple other 9 catches in the next half hour.
