9b flashing - 88 min. Twentysix(!) times 7 gathers. Several 8 g in reach. Two 8 g gotten. Very few rethrow attempts, one good one: 13 throws. Sometimes I do: "First two or four throws rather too wide than narrow!" (cos too narrow as usually happens is sort of `granted´ anyway). Whole stint felt great again.
5b 56752 - 19 min. Rather bad, into 9th side to collapse, an 8th side clean, a 7th, all fought for, tensed.
7b casc - 128 min. 43, 49, 45, 43 throws longest runs. A few nicely rolling runs. But mostly not doing smooth, nimble enough - [ #mentec ] guess, the thing is, when doing with unleashed wrists, you give away control at first and I have to awarely actively decide to now do wristy as should and go through re-seizing control (get the aiming well) doing that way; unwristy is simply the intuitive way that happens when not thinking about it or not noticing or focussing on sth else (e.g. top of pattern). 5b fastest - 4 min.
Total practice time: 239 minutes
( chilly these last days; today was partly freezy (~10°C + windchill) on the limit to needing gloves )
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~15 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~5 min.
9b flashing - ~45 min. Five times 7 gathers, one of which 8 g in reach. 13 throws with 6 gathers.
8b wimpy - ~20 min. Upto seven pairs thrown to drop(s). Not over 7 catches (three times, i think) and nothing clean, though. One wonderful pattern with 12 c cl in reach, but blundered at collecting (balls bounced and slipped after touching).
5b 52567 - ~20 min. 28 gathers (seventh side). Two times 24 c cl (sixth sides).
5b lax, lazy, easy - ~5 min. (digestive easy goin' after snackbreak) merged into some "fastest" and some wristy 7-high throwing. ( #endupatt - ) Into "fastest" happened in a way that had occurred formerly when doing 5b "easiest pattern" in context of going for enduring >1,000: ( #technique - ) Upper arms tight to body, forearms held upward in small angle with hands on upper chest level .. now throwing very low, small pattern almost from wrists and fingers only (forearms only slightly following). Very easy juggling 5b, but not an endurance pattern (at my current level) as it needs high accurracy doing from wrists and fingers only.
7b casc - ~55 min. 43, 44, 49, 47, 49 throws runs longer than 40 th. [ dailyLongestRun7b: 49 ]
Total practice time: 165 minutes
Location: uneven cobbles under bridge + rivershore meadow
3c basics - ~5 min 255 throws doubles. 19, 24 throws triples.
3c-34530 - ~5 min (single, double, triple, single) Got it once clean fro-to singles' cascade.
3c, 2c bx - ~5 min 3c was too hazardous with weakhd and liable to hurt myself, but got some with 2c (33BX0 and 3BX30 with either hands).
5b casc varied - ~25 min.
5b °56752° - ~15 min. Worked myself from collisions, bad shape, wrong throws at first, to halfway nice first side + somehow the second side. This one is giving me a hard time, but I got several periods of 4b-345 formerly, and I want more of that family (``sided crescendoes´´ I call them).
5b all up 180° - ~5 min. Got a rare one back to stable cascade (usually to collect) + second flash (to breakdown) per run.
7b casc - ~170 min. ,,, 43,, 43,,, 58, 41 -- 45,, 41 -- 43 cl,,,, 51 -- (short snackbreak),,,, 41,,, 59 (57 c),,, throws runs longer than 40 th. [Commas = timeline; " -- " = consecutive runs; "cl" = "c cl" = catches clean] 37-39 runs partly seem so long and in bad phases are a pity to not be worth noting, .. but well, I soon or late mostly get a yield >40. There is that hurdle at about 31-35 throws where drifts or loss of control show up to kill my pattern, that I then regularly have to get over. Noticed, I had a drift there into getting too wide, for not scooping well anymore, not throwing enough fom inside (which I still haven't automized). [ dailyLongestRun7b: 59 ]
In between, after break, did some 9b flashing - ~5 min. (MMX) I can even grip the then not floating one on top with the tip of my thumb against the diamond grip's ringfinger + pinky held ball. Got some 9 `real´ throws (before the first hit the ground lol), then even some launches with a prospect of maybe getting something, and even upto 6 gathers. Still though smaller balls would make a lot more sense. But, you know ..
A few fails at 8b wimpy here too, just for a try.
Total practice time: 235 minutes
3c basics - ~5 min 83 and 102 doubles. Triples not so good (10? 20?).
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~10 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~5 min. Upto few throws 9-high.
5b casc varied - ~20 min.
7b casc - ~160 min. ,, 43, 48,, 43,,,, 51,,,, 41,, 41,, 46,, 43 -- 42,,, 49,,, 44, throws runs longer than 40 th. [Commas = timeline; " -- " = consecutive runs] [ dailyLongestRun7b: 51 ]
9b flashing - 1-2 min. Dared with squishy MMX, but Ø 6.2 cm was then too hard, as I never did 9b with bigger than Ø ~5.5 cm before. Maybe grip with 5th ball floating on top (while I'm used to 5th ball added to diamond plane on index fniger), and give it more tries, but smaller balls do make more sense at my level.
Total practice time: 200 minutes
( bought 10 new Sil-X-ish glimmer-blink-kid's rubber balls, 5.0-5.2 cm Ø ((different, didn't notice)), 70-85 gr, 15 € ) 9b flashing ~ 25(?) min. Mainly dropping. Calibrating first four throws with new balls. One flash all up towards end (2 caught). 7b casc ~60(?) min. (new balls) More space, feel heavier, bit harder to aim with.
5b casc varied ~ 15(?) min 7b casc ~ 55(?) min. (new balls) Changed to Bubbles later -> felt good, easier, lighter. No really long runs today. 5b casc varied- 10 min. Try bit endure.

( waiting on first mowing of meadow :o) .. )
9b flash tries - 25 min - ~6-7 c. Put one well timed and placed pattern in the air (struggled
with first catch, thus it nice pattern dropped away). 7b seem f e w after that.
7b casc - 60 min - One very good run ~40 c. Many >20 c.
5b casc varying - 30 min - lowest-fastest, improving. 9b-height-precision, improving.
11b-height-precision, improving. Doing such high throws with few balls practises not only
a) that height (and the apt portion of force / momentum), but b) the slight angles, c1) catching fast
landing balls, that have higher momentum, c2) the earlier position of those fast balls having to
react on. ( So doing this is helpful for both, 7b and 9b ! )
7b casc - 90 min - promising runs .. feel like having control partly, time & fairly skill for correcting, yet still so hard to get back to fairly controlled pattern correcting outbreakers.
