# Performance Prep, Mini session, 40 minutes

Finally got over my mental barrier for 7b! Before, I couldn't get much over 100 (full stop at 121). Today, I got over 150 catches three times! Take that, brain!

Continuing to feel fatigued...trying to make my last practice before rest day count. Didn't do anything spectacular.

Oof, starting to feel the effects of so many days of consecutive practice and other exercise. That said, still made some progress on #FISC, almost getting a single 2x to be over the entire pattern. It will happen!

Also back to practicing #dots. I think that'll be a video by the end of November.

Need to start thinking about Cleveland Circus Fest act.

Harder to get good juggling spaces now that classes have started again. I'll need to make a schedule of when my usual places are free.

Got another flash of #FISC with a gap. It's starting to get easier.

HUGE DOPAMINE RUSH! It was a good practice session for a few reasons, but the main one: I got a flash of #FISC (fully inverted sprung cascade) with a gap! That's where you do (6x,2x)(2x,6x)(0,2x) with the 2x above BOTH of the 6xs. There is/was lots of doubt whether #FISC is actually possible for human hands, and this is a big step toward doing it. Ah. So happy.

Also went from #SC to #ISC for the first time today, and managed to repeat that a couple times. AND got a flash of #663bbth (663 with the 3 blind behind the head). Starting to finnagle some of these medium-term goals into fruition. =D =D =D

Back to campus! Party. Some good 7b runs, shoulders were a bit sore (maybe from #HLAIB yesterday?)

Getting some good runs of #ISC. Still not perfect, but getting better. Trying to do transitions in and out. #SC to #ISC is surprisingly difficult for me.

I'm liking the idea of throwing what looks like an inverted 2x, but chasing it down and stopping it with a fork after catching a different ball and turning that into a true 2x. IMO, forks are super underappreciated. They are sometimes the fastest way to make a catch. I like that they become a tool to make things possible, rather than exist for their own sake.

Home is not a great place to practice. Really a 60 minute session, but with about 40 minutes of value.
