I've previously raved about [Raw Art]. It now looks like the next wave of performers are coming through:

My favourite is Olena Biambasuren & Svetlana Kolodiy.

I recall searching Youtube for the names of performers I found on the Raw Art Facebook page a couple of years ago. I found a video of two very young teenage girls doing an early version of this act, but unfortunately I can't find it now.

When I first glanced at the YouTube title I thought it said "Juggling on motorcycles", and now I wish we still had Archaos :(

Doesn't Laci Endresz juggle on a motorcycle now? Actually I think it's a motor-trike - basically a juggling-on-horseback act but on a platform on the back of the trike.

But no argument from me re Archaos. BTW there are a couple of 'full shows' of Archaos on Youtube, for those who need a memory-fix.

Pah, once you've seen Michael Davis juggle on a motorcycle, why keep looking?

Love the pattern at 2:45 - looks like a waterfall or something similar (too poetic?)

That was awesome.
The next video I started watching was awesome (and had a long run of chopabout!).
I have some watching to do clearly - the raw art acts are fantastic.

This was finale act at the EJC gala this year.

Great live, but shame I watched the entire act only 10 days before :(

Thanks for posting anyway. I love these video's

Yeah, the same for me. There's no way to know that you'll see an act live just a few days after watching the video. The good thing is that it was better live than in this video. They dropped less, or at least they dropped in less disruptive places. In a few years time, once they get it more solid, gain more confidence, and try to work out what to do with their faces, it'll be a killer number.

The EJC gala also featured the cyr wheel act posted here a month or so ago, the one I only watched the first 90 seconds of and then stopped because I disliked the mental-illness-like character choice. That part wasn't any better live, I don't think. The skills presented later in the act were very good, but didn't do or add enough to get me past my initial reservations.

Overall the EJC gala was one of the strongest convention shows I've seen in years.

Agreed on the gala show being top notch.

I remember people talking about the Cyr wheel act here, but never got round to watching it. I didn't really think it was mental-illness themed, just a funny in-human like character creation. I thought it was a really good act.

I'm now feeling a little bit smug for not having got around to watching this video. The trapeze act and the cyr wheel act were the only 2 I'd watched in full before - and at least on TV rather than just online.
