If it's a bit quiet today that may be because everyone is at BBU 2013, Kinetic Fire 2013, Forchheim Juggling Convention, Ann Arbor Juggling Arts Festival, 3rd Annual Sturtevant Camp Juggling Festival, Bibasse, Schokon 3, ŻeLKa, 27e Nederlandse Acrobatiekfestival or Fiesta dei Folli.
Party in ##juggling tonight at 8.30 ish BST (+0100). Bring a bottle.
I'll be there (obviously!) and I'll bring some nibbles

That's the countdown to the main event...

Haha you're so awesome Paul :D.
But the bad thing is that means it'll be 6am here when the party's happening, and I'm planning on having a late night- though wasn't planning on doing an all nighter... So I guess we'll see, but I'm leading towards not being able to make it now :(.
Woah! How does this work? ##juggling is confusing.
Are you trying to access through an IRC client or through a browser?
& I for one thought it was really good fun (even if it descended into on topic juggling related chat around midnight). It was sad to see the IJDb go but I think eveyone was in high spirits.
Nice to see some more invitation requests coming through this morning.
So when's the next one?
Do you think their servers are flakey enough that just having 20 people on IRC concentrating real hard will take them down, or do you have a better plan?
We could all just go to the same page. I hear that this wears them out.
Nah, the JIS feeds upon the attention & grows stronger.
I know it is grating for many that the JIS is still kicking around. I used to be among those who wanted it to be shut down rather than continue to stagnate. But now it is just one of the many millions of irrelevant websites that I don't visit.
I don't think anyone else does either. Even with the wealth of content on the JIS I can't remember the last time I saw someone link to one of its pages.
There's quite a lot of good historical stuff on the JIS but it's really hard to find. So much so that years back someone (Itsik/Isaac Orr? Or was it Scott Seltzer?) put together a list of all the good stuff and where to find it.
Unfortunately, I can't find that now either!
Does anyone know what I'm on about at all?

The r.j trove is at http://juggling.org/news/
http://juggler.co.il/scott/JIS.htm might be what you mean?

That would be the one, yes! Thanks!
