I'm creating a workshop / events calendar online [with ability to sync to phones / mobile devices] for this year's EJC. Part of the beta testing is for me to see how long data entry takes onsite and then I would like feedback from a user point of view also. I'm not sure how long I'll be able to maintain this during the convention - if it becomes too time consuming a task, then it will be immediately unviable in its current form.

If you want to directly sync the calendar to your phone, that link contains a link to the appropriate .ics file so that you can sync as appropriate.
