35' - 5b rev casc - ___ [ 5b reverse cascade progress: 121 ]

10' - 3b blindfold - upto once 40 cl (going over like 15, 23 cl, 32, 37, 39 throws or so). More a concentration exercise, settling, coming down to a juggling's basic aspect and form, than training the trick.
