2-count inside triange practise pattern 3p22223 (or 3p31313 for me sometimes). A few attempts at the full pattern, too, but that didn't work. There were lots of drops already in the practise pattern.

I would have tried 2-count/4-count feed if L and H could do 4-count, but they find 2-count easier (at least when passing with me).
