Cascade: starting with both hands, collecting at 5, 10, 20. 7/10 flash attempts.
then going for max best runs 135, 160, 115, 110, 165 catches.

Flashed 7b on 1st attempt! and then 2 more!!
took advantage of the fact that made 3 flashes on my first group of 10 attempts to move to the max-run-attempts section of my training before gettting tired.
with 5b I'm getting longer runs more often, but not braking my PR yet...

7b_wizard - Hi Guili, .. can you say, what was different, that you got 3 7b flashes again today? .. good arms?, focussed on sth else?, good ball-feel?, so that you know how to get it again? Or just a good day with no explanation?
Guili - hi there! I really just don't know... I guess these last few days I was on a bad mood (about sth else) and got entangled on that bad feeling and couldn't make my best. On this day I tryed to focus hard, made my first flash and that gave me a good feeling for the rest of the session.
