3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~10 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~5 min.
9b flashing - ~100 min. ___ Eleven times 8 gathers. Not over 11 throws.
7b casc - ~93 min. ___ 42, 43, 41, 42 throws' runs longer than 40 t. ___ [ daily7b III: 43 ]
My originally 9b-good-for-7b, lately intensified for the sake of getting 11 or 13 catches or so, now seems to suck energy off the 7b stint (or is it just the warm weather?). I hope it'll on the longer run pay off also on 7b, though.
